My husband and I booked our room on the hotel's website and found check-in to be easy and fast. We were given a room on the ground floor near the lobby, which concerned us at first because we were afraid there would be noise. There wasn't. We stayed for two nights and found that considering the location, it was quiet and non-eventful.

The room was very clean and exceeded our expectations. The room had a coffee maker, which we used upon arrival, however free coffee is available in the lobby 24 hours.

This hotel also includes free breakfast, which was very basic, but considering the price we weren't complaining. It consisted of coffee, juice, two kinds of cereal, bagels w/cream cheese and a few cakes. There are only two tables for eating breakfast, so on the second morning we took our food back to our room to eat - again, we weren't bothered by this.

Other features: Free wi-fi, which was nice, although the connection was pretty slow. Full cable tv, including HBO.

Overall, this hotel was a pleasant surprise for us. The most important part being that the rooms were very clean. It's a simple, great value motel and we'd returm if we ever visit Phoenix again.

I went to get ice in the ground floor laundry room and was almost overcome by the nauseating stench of vomit. I had to hold my breath. Then the vending machine I chose was on the fritz. The noise outside our room was ridiculously loud. This is 1 place I would never recommend.

Paid $80 for a night... TOO much for a motel of this category.
But it is the best place to sleep when you arrive from the intl airport after too much hours in an international airflight.

I stayed for one night at the hotel and found what I had expected: a clean room, a comfy bed, a TV, wireless internet access, a coffee in the morning, and a hot shower. Nothing more but nothing less and the rate was okay. The neighbourhood looks a bit dodgy but I didn't have any problems. The only thing that annoyed me were the two trucks starting their engines at 4am on the premises next to the hotel.
