Pros: Quiet, kept very clean, nice coffee maker, wireless internet was very handy.
Cons: No hot water (just warm enough to barley take a shower), breakfast was unhygienic, beds kill your back and make it very hard to enjoy the day, low towel supply, tv sounds funny, sprinklers tend to flood the entire property with water and its hard to walk to your car without slipping in water (just a personal pet-peeve really)

All in all this place needs a lot of work, not that I expected anything fancy, just needed the basics covered.

I got a deal for 29$ a day for a king size non-smoking room in this place through expedia deals. It was well worth it. Joe, the receptionist, was very friendly. They also offer free wireless access to the internet.The room was clean and tidy and they also provide a free complimentary breakfast between 6 am to 9 am. The room had a CRT television set with standard channels like HBO, espn, a local movie channel and a few more, although the quality of the picture for some were not great. But, i couldn't have asked more for what i paid.They also offer you a ride to and from the airport for 10$ (not sure if it is for each way or for the round trip). If you want to save few bucks there is a valley metro city bus stop less than 5 minutes from this place (the city is well connected through the bus and rail routes) with an all day pass of $3.5 ($5.25 if you get it in the bus) and 3 day pass of $10.5 with which you can ride the buses and trains as many times as you wish until the validity.

We were only suppose to be here for 2 weeks. we ran into issues that we were going to have to stay longer. the manager mark was so polite and understanding he helped us. we had to stay 2 days longer. the staff was extremely nice. grace and Joe who worked at the front desk. they were great to talk to. when i come to phoenix i will definately be staying here. i just want to say there is not one bad thing i can say about the staff. they have gone up and beyond the duties that they are assigned to. It is said that the day we left we were unable to say gooodbye to Mark, the manager.

although it was not directly off the freeway-a few turns off- this nicely kept property was surprising, one, because if was an inexpensive place to stay, but it was very well kept, the rooms exceeded our expectations, they were very clean and neat, and the front dest staff were very polite and nice, giving information as to accessing the morning coffee and danish provided and were it was. ive had stayed in most lodging within this area, and it beats them all hands down, also its access slightly off the freeway is a perk for less noise. you will be content with this choice, now i know where to stay from now on, when i stay in this area
