I stayed here on business and was happy to find a decent place to stay for under $100 in the high season. This is an average place but with little niceties that made me enjoy the one night stay. My room was clean, the staff was friendly and helped me when I had trouble connecting to the internet. Breakfast had a nice spread including make your own waffles and the typical cereal, oatmeal, toast, pastries, bagels, etc... The grounds were pleasant, with fountains and a pool and the neighborhood felt safe. My only complaint was that some patrons were being loud at a late hour, but it sounded like the staff dealt with the situation. The hotel wasn't really close to anything (except the airport), but not too far from downtown, Tempe, and Scottsdale where I was heading. I'd stay here again if I ever go to Phoenix.
