Don't waste your time...Stay down the street in the Comfort Suites. The room was filthy, and noisy. The carpet was littered with trash and the room had a stale odor. The bathroom was prehistoric and filthy. We checked right out...

The carpet was filthy so we did not dare walk around barefoot, the bedding was dirty, the towels looked like they had not been washed. We asked to see another room and the staff was no help at all. We checked out after 4 hours there.

We stayed here in Sept 2004 it was the worst place on a 4 week trip to Arizona. Below standard rooms, dirty carpet, toilet not flusing, bad water pressure in the shower, intimitating cleaning staff, poorly presented breakfast, extremely rude night reception staff - we were told if we weren't happy we could find somewhere else to stay - so if you had been out for the day and came back late evening and had a problem no way would you get anyone to fix it and then while out the next day it wouldn't get done and you would be back again late and it still wouldn't get fixed - like bagning your head up against a brick wall. No help when complaining to Howard Johnson head office - waste of time as they aren't interested either.
