This was the worst place I've ever stayed! The room was not very clean, the bathroom was gross- the floor stained black, no shower head, the towel bar dangling by a screw. Although they knew there were 4 of us in the room, we only received 2 towels each day and they never replenished the cups after the first day. The counter help up front was horrible too! She was rude upon check in and at check out I had to wait 15 MINUTES for her to come back. She was doing her laundry!!! Talk about poor customer service. We did not even attempt to eat the free breakfast there- we were afraid of the cleanliness of the place. Oh! And... we found a roach crawling across my daughters playpen which we had near the bathroom sink- how gross is that! I would not recommend this place to anyone!

I didn't even check in. I stuck my pinkie in the jacuzzi before going to check inn; the water was ice-cold. I don't understand these people. The think they're saving a few bucks by neglecting their featured amenities, but I know they missed out on 2 night worth of $$ I paid to Days Inn instead. I think they lost out in the long run. Who knows how much more business they've lost.

Don't waste your time...Stay down the street in the Comfort Suites. The room was filthy, and noisy. The carpet was littered with trash and the room had a stale odor. The bathroom was prehistoric and filthy. We checked right out...

The carpet was filthy so we did not dare walk around barefoot, the bedding was dirty, the towels looked like they had not been washed. We asked to see another room and the staff was no help at all. We checked out after 4 hours there.
