While at a conference for my job, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The surrounding area could use a better touch, but there is a great deal of construction going on. The hotel itself was just average, the rooms were average, the help was a little better than average, but being charged an arm and a leg for parking was well below average. I would recommend parking in the lot that is across the street. If you are looking for nightlife, you have to go to Scottsdale, downtown is a ghost town after dark.
