I've stayed here several times. It's not the Ritz, but the rooms have always been clean and it's close to the airport. So imagine you are a busy traveling businessman as I am who owns a wireless laptop and needs to keep up with emails and what not. You check in here, crank up the computer, and no wireless signal. Well, there was a wireless signal, but all attempts at logging in would hang. This was tried several times throughout the evening - all attempts at logging in at this place failed. No, I'm not a newbie - I have never had this problem anywhere else. Later that evening I see another guest wandering around the parking lot with their laptop looking for an alternative signal to try and tap into, obviously they were having the same problem I was.
Bottom line - I need internet access, 100%, no excuses. If they won't provide it, I don't care how close or convenient it is to the airport, I'm staying somewhere else!
P.S. - There are two computers in the lobby - one is extremely ancient with a very old version of windows on it, the other usually has a number of customers waiting to use it.
