Had to find a place to stay on a Thursday night after a missed connecting flight and got this location from the airline resource. The Shuttle picked me up at 10:30 p.m. (free). I checked in quickly and obtained a late checkout with no hassle (flight didn't leave 'til 8:00p.m. the next night and the hotel wasn't very busy!).
The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable, offering a choice of down or alternate material filled pillows-- has cable TV, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron & board, hair dryer, and internet access. They also provide Nutrogena toiletries. Water from the room faucet was a little brackish, but the ice machine provided filtered water ice that was very pleasant when melted, so I drank that.
The fitness facility is available 24 hrs and the outdoor pool and hot tub were clean and available 10 - 10.
The complimentary breakfast was very nice with good variety (premade omelettes, bacon, pastry and toast, cereal, waffles, fruit, and several juices) and the evening "Manager's Social Hour" offered a complimentary hot meal choice with a simple tossed salad bar and drinks. Checkout took about 3 minutes and the shuttle driver was friendly and efficient.
I was very favorably impressed and would seek this place out if needing overnight accommodations in the Phoenix area again.
