I visited the old house on Central. It was a very nice location -- cozy dining room and courtyard seating. I went early, arriving about 5:30 and it was full by 6:00. I had the blue corn cheese enchilada plate with green chile, and it was terrific. The tortillas were thick and meaty, with a nice blue corn taste. The cheese was subdued -- perhaps a disappointment if you want a plate swimming in cheese, but very nice to allow the tortilla and chile taste to come through instead. As other reviews mention, the spice level is definitely hot, but not to the point of absurdity and not in any attempt to score "macho" points. Rather, the food features piquant, fresh, delicious chiles -- although they may make you sweat, they are well worth it. You can take the edge off the heat with one of their enormous (but not too strong) margaritas. Highly recommended. It will be the first place I eat when I return.
