I was passing and saw the sign for Indian Cuisine and thought I'd give it a try. Upon entering the plaza I noticed it was vegetarian. Great, I could do with some veggies.
First, and foremost, I cannot work out for the life of me why their service and attention is so bad. It was, and others have noticed too.
This a large place and there was a total of two other couples eating there, so being busy isn't an excuse. Yet the staff seemed harried, rushed, not particularly pleasant, and inattentive.
The menu is quite extensive. They claim it as authentic South Indian, I'm not so sure, at least not in the cooking. For a vegetarian restaurant, and in this area, I was a little surprised that they didn't specifically call out the vegan dishes, but they didn't.
I had an Aloo Gobi which, frankly, was unappealing and disappointing. What ruined it for me was that the dish was padded out with Zucchini which was quite gross. It wasn't even mentioned on the menu so I'm baffled why it was there at all.
Sadly, I can't see myself bothering to come back and try the buffet. From the sign in the window saying that Groupons are for evening only, I wonder if much of their custom is one-time only. I certainly will fall into that category.
