We went early for dinner, around 4:30pm. There were very few diners at that time. The wait staff appeared unprepared, not sure of which table they were responsible for. It took forever to get just the salads we ordered. I had to remind our waiter that we wanted wine, butter, and lemon. My chicken entree was almost burned and the manager took it off our bill. We used to enjoy going there, but this is the 2nd poor experience we've had and they are now permanently off our list.
