We were in town for a concert and had two rooms. They were very clean with comfortable beds. High speed internet was free. The free breakfast had bacon, waffles, fruit, cereal and more. Far beyond most "continental breakfasts". It was about 20 minutes to downtown Phoenix but parking was free and there were lots of restaurants within a couple miles. I thought it was a great deal for the cost.

We spent the night here before flying home from our SW trip. We arrived too late for the evening happy hour, but the breakfast in the morning was better than most hotel breakfasts, with several freshly cooked items, including eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereals, oatmeal, yogurt, waffle maker and hot/cold beverage. It was a busy morning, but the lines moved promptly and the servers were friendly. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Business center is small and it seemed as though the 2 computers were always being used - we needed to ask someone to let us print our boarding passes. Recommended.

Nice hotel, great value with basic meal and 3 free drinks between 5 and 7pm when we arrived.
Good breakfast included. Room very clean with comfortable bed. Perfect stop before trip up to Grand Canyon.

This location is close to the Sports Complex and to anything in the greater Phoenix area. The hotel is relatively new and very well appointed. The rooms are very comfortable. They host a great 'Happy Hour' in the late afternoon and a great breakfast as well. There is a very nice sitting area right off the lobby. Loved this hotel - we'll be back!
