We were in town for a concert and had two rooms. They were very clean with comfortable beds. High speed internet was free. The free breakfast had bacon, waffles, fruit, cereal and more. Far beyond most "continental breakfasts". It was about 20 minutes to downtown Phoenix but parking was free and there were lots of restaurants within a couple miles. I thought it was a great deal for the cost.

We spent the night here before flying home from our SW trip. We arrived too late for the evening happy hour, but the breakfast in the morning was better than most hotel breakfasts, with several freshly cooked items, including eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereals, oatmeal, yogurt, waffle maker and hot/cold beverage. It was a busy morning, but the lines moved promptly and the servers were friendly. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Business center is small and it seemed as though the 2 computers were always being used - we needed to ask someone to let us print our boarding passes. Recommended.

This location is close to the Sports Complex and to anything in the greater Phoenix area. The hotel is relatively new and very well appointed. The rooms are very comfortable. They host a great 'Happy Hour' in the late afternoon and a great breakfast as well. There is a very nice sitting area right off the lobby. Loved this hotel - we'll be back!

We had a two night stop over here after visiting the National parks and Las Vegas. Very comfortable hotel with great food and friendly staff. So much so that we hardly left the hotel for the two days with the early evening "snack" being more than enough for us as an evening meal, and three free drinks each thrown in!! Comfortable indoor/part outdoor pool with a small sunbed area which was hardly used (except by us) when we were there! Never actually ventured into Phoenix so hard to comment on the location other than to say it was easy to find from the approach road from the north.

My sister and I spent 2 nights here, and we loved it. Firstly it is in the northern part of Phoenix, and very close to the I-17, so it was easy to just jump on the motorway to get where you needed to go. We didn't hear the motorway or traffic at all at night, which was great. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom a good size. You can also have pets staying at this hotel. We didn't, but besides people walking their dogs outside you wouldn't have even known they were there. Didn't hear any barking, etc. No doggie smell. The best bit about this place is the breakfast and quickstart meal in the afternoon! Plus the 3 free aloholic drinks at night! And the popcorn in the lobby! All included. And the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Definitely one of my favourite places to stay!

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights after driving a rental car to Grand Canyon and Moab, Utah. It is conveniently located on W Pinnacle Peak Road just east of I-17. You can easily see the building driving down the Interstate. The two of us were impressed right when we walked thru the main entrance with the huge lobby area. We felt like we were inside a luxurious hotel compared to the usual places we stay at.

The check in lady was very friendly and welcoming. I reserved our room with 2 queen beds online and asked for a room on the top floor (7th). She happily gave us a room on the 7th floor. Our room is good sized along with a spacious bathroom. We could hardly hear any traffic noise at all which was nice since Im a light sleeper.

We loved the pool which is half inside and outside. I sat in the hot tub for 15 minutes before going outside to lay out in a lounge chair and catch some sun. It only took 15 minutes before my skin started to turn red, so I came back inside before getting sunburned.

As other reviewers noticed, the toilet has two buttons on top which Ive never seen before. "Liquid" and the more heavy duty "Solid" waste buttons. The shower stall has 3 attached dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel which is also convenient. Also the bathroom has an exhaust fan which is always sucking out air for constant ventilation which was nice.

The free breakfast and kickback dinner were excellent ! For breakfast you can make your own giant waffle along with getting other hot food like scrambled eggs, sausage patties, etc. Kickback dinner is also good with 3 drinks included. I ordered 3 rumdrivers to go with my hotdogs, baked potato, and other hot foods that change every night. No hotel we've ever stayed at offers a hot dinner like Drury Inn does, making it an excellent value.

If you are visiting the Phoenix area, I highly recommend staying at this hotel. Convenient location, excellent value, and great food !
