“Must visit if you are in Phoenix”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 9, 2012

Desert Botanical Garden which is located in Papagoa Park was really nice. Lots of cactus and other plants. We had a great salad with strawberries and strawberry dressing at their cafe.

“A perfect place to walk the dogs!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 2, 2012

When I lived in central Phoenix, the park was the perfect place to ride bikes, walk the dogs, or just go for some think time! It was the place to go for the Harmonic Convergence!! The park is the energy center of Phoenix.

“"Lot of Scenic Views"”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 29, 2012

A lot of scenic views and there are lot of places to visit here. I think it is not worth to pay $18 for the botanical garden. You must visit the "hole in the mountain". It is a good one for all and it is free.

They're good to see if you're a tourist and board.

“Beautiful desert scenery with shelters and picnic tables.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 25, 2012

Very hot & dry so prepare with correct clothing, hat, sunglasses and plenty of water! Incredible photo opportunities including a duck pond and lots of cacti.
