Very well located at short walking distance from dowtown Phoenix and Convention center and from light rail connecting to major destinations and to the airport. Clean and comfortable. Very kid managment.

A no frills motel in Downtown phoenix offers a comfortable and clean rooms with high speed internet access at a third of the price of other name brand hotels downtown. Perfect place for a frequent traveller on a budget.
Morning breakfast is minimanl. The owners manage the place and courteous and prompt in responding to your requests. Rooms are equipped with a mini-fridge, a microwave and an iron. All clean and in good working condition

Very good location, walk to everything, on major road with bus stop - steps away, within a few short blocks to the lite rail. Room was clean and comfortable. Just around the corner from the Crescent Ballroom restaurant/bar - Owners very accommodating. Will definitely stay again.

We booked this place for the price, but couldn't have been more pleased. It's not fancy, but the room was very clean, plenty of room and the bathroom as others said, was spotless. There was a refrigerator in the room (bigger than most hotel refrigerators) that kept our drinks nice and cold. AC was a little noisy, but no more so than a white noise machine - conducive to sleeping. :-) This hotel is just a couple minutes at most from downtown. Breakfast was coffee, juice, pastries and fresh fruit like bananas and apples. The beds were very clean and the mattress, while not like mine at home, was actually much more comfortable than the one at the 4 star resort we stayed at the night before in Palm Springs. Family run - they were very nice and informative. Would definitely stay here again.

Although there is no way this hotel compares to others costing much more it was perfectly fine and a great price for downtown Phoenix. We went to the Arizona State Fair nearby, came back late and left early for the Airport (about 10-15 minutes away on a Sunday morning) so it was perfect. As another reviewer said - it was spotless. Iʻve never seen a cleaner bathroom and the rest of the room was the same. Breakfast was juice, coffee and bagged pastries. Family run, and the gentleman gave us great directions to the airport and where to fill our rental car on the way. TV, microwave, fridge and a huge closet. AC unit was noisy and didnʻt have much of a low or a thermostat we could see.

We stayed here on New Years Eve 2012. This hotel was a great price. It was clean and comfortable. The room we were in was a bit outdated. When we were in between hotels and didn't have a place to store our luggage, the owners were kind enough to keep them locked up for us as we enjoyed our day downtown.

Room was nice, spacious and clean and had fast Internet access. Phone in room can be used to make free local calls. Breakfast wasn't great but for the price paid you can't really complain. Plenty of car parking - would need a car in this area as it seemed a bit dodgy. Watch out for a phone call to your room early morning - this is a prank call - guy will say that hotel database is down and needs your details again. When we went to reception to ask about this we were informed straight away this was a prank (some warning beforehand would have been good!) luckily I didn't give away any information!! Overall I recommend this hotel as was a great price.
