The check in staff was grwat. Kind and accommodating. The road noise is no problem on the 10 the floor on the west side. The view from the room was nice. The pool was a nice 80 degrees but it's December and only 65, so no swimming in a pool. The hot tub did the trick. While catching a few rays by the pool we smelled cooking beef from the restaurant. Yum! I am here just for the weekend so we needed to find something to do. I'm excited about hiking at Papago Park tomorrow. Maybe the Botanical gardens as well. I think I am fairly hard to impress and I am really impressed. I purchased this room with points and am very greatful for the great ihg reward system. The only thing that needs fixed is a squeeky bathroom door.

There are a few things that I consider as essentials for a restful stay. For the Crowne Plaza of Phoenix they fell far short. The first room we were given had a door that did not shut. We called and the issue was resolved , but we were left waiting in a hallway for a good 20 minutes. I eventually had to hike down to the front desk where they were just getting to our issue. Then our next room had a coffee pot which did not work. We have called and were told that our issue might be resolved this evening. Now the Crowne Plaza has offered many nice things like relaxing aromas and fancy shampoos, but I just can't get over both a broken door and a broken coffee pot.

Our room was very nice, comfortable and clean. This hotel is located in a GREAT place - right across the street is the shuttle train to the airport - free I might add. The hotel does offer airport service - we used the shuttle train when we dropped off the car at the airport to get back to the room and used the hotel shuttle to get to the airport with all our luggage early the next morning. This is a great place to stay!

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent stay at the Crowne Plaza Phoenix Airport. We enjoy hearing from our guests!

It's great to hear that you enjoyed your stay in a newly renovated guestroom and that you were able to take advantage of the seamless access to/from the airport via the Sky Train. The Sky Train definitely makes traveling in and out of Sky Harbor Airport a breeze.

When traveling in the Phoenix area, we will look forward to seeing you again!

After a week in Scottsdale and the Grand Canyone, my wife, daughter, and I stayed here on the eve of Thanksgiving before we flew home. Finding a place to park was a little confusing since there seemed to be only valet parking; temporary parking is on the east side. The desk clerks were very good. The room was nice although I am frequently surprised at how little sound insulation is used in nice hotels. As I was drifting off to sleep, I was awakened several times by the voices of people in the hall or next door; I could easily hear their TV. Street noise was very loud. I finally put in my ear plugs and hoped that I would hear my alarm clock in the morning. The restaurant was GREAT! After a week of bad food, we were very happy with our dinners and breakfast (skip the quiche; get the scrambled eggs). The pool was too cold, but the hot tub was perfect. After breakfast, they had already deactivated my keycard, so she fixed it so I could get to the access-only 7th floor, but the room part was still bad. Good think my wife was in there. The shuttle drivers are great. I had to use one when I returned our rental car, and we left on the 7:15 a.m. bus. They run every 15 minutes. Free wifi; good TV.

Room Tip: Anything away from the main road. The noise comes right through the windows. Also see if they can pu...

Our goal is to provide a quality nights rest that allows your to wake, the following morning, feeling rejuvenated. We do apologize for noise disturbances that you experienced. We do try to minimize any outside noises. It's great to hear that you enjoyed your dining experiences. I will admit that we have a fantastic chef who is able to put a local twist on the cuisine.

We do look forward to having you return and stay, again, next time you are in the Phoenix area.

This hotel is nice to stay if you are in-transit to your final destination. There is nothing to do in the area. This hotel sits in the middle of an industrial area, so there isn't much of anything to do around. The hotel is plush and elegant. The entrance to the lobby and surrounding areas have been tastefully decorated and it makes you feel at ease after of a day of traveling. Check-in was a breeze. The check-in clerk was very responsive to our needs and directed to our room within five minutes of us arriving. The rooms are tastefully decorated with nice bedding and comfortable pillows. They have a Star-Bucks Coffee shop and a full restaurant. Can not comment on these two places because did not use them. They do have a small convenience shop in case you need to grab a coke or a snack. They have shuttle service which runs 24 hours which I think it is an excellent idea. If I am again in the Phoenix area I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent stay at the Crowne Plaza Phoenix Airport. We do value all feedback.

You are correct in that the hotel is not located in close proximity to area attractions; however, with the light rail stop directly in front of the hotel, guests have the ability to explore the Tempe areas and Downtown Phoenix with ease.

It's great to hear that you were able to have a relaxing stay and enjoyed a few of the amenities of the hotel. We do look forward to having you stay with us again in the near future.

Free shuttle from the airport to hotel. Not as nice as other Crowne Plazas. Reception staff were not as helpful and friendly as the Marriott
The bed was comfortable, shower was ok. Limited parking. Free business center that includes free copies.

This hotel is close to the airport and has a free shuttle service as well as being at the end of the sky train airport shuttle. Staff were friendly and helpful. We ate in the bar. Food was good although menu was a bit limited. For an allegedly heated pool it was very cold. Room was very comfortable.

Thank you for your comments regarding your recent stay. It's great to hear that our location and proximity to the airport met your needs. We are also pleased to hear that you had a comfortable nights stay and enjoyed the food ordered in the lounge. I have shared your comments with our F&B team regarding the limited lounge menu and I have also shared your comments regarding the pool with our Engineering team.

We do look forward to having you stay with us in the future. If traveling out of the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, be sure to check out our Park Stay & Go package and save on airport parking expenses.
