Great value! Large suite, comfortable beds, very clean. Very helpful staff, everyone we encountered were very friendly. Room was quiet, but the icemaker didn't work, the hook in the bathroom was missing,and the remote that was given to us for the second TV (after requesting it at front desk) did not work. However, I didn't let the staff know about these things, so I'm sure if I did, they would have tried to remedy them as quickly as possible.
We were not in the room for a long period of time, and I waited on reporting the non-working ice maker because I thought it would take a long time to work once I activated it. Never did.
Maybe the rooms should be inspected to remedy these problems before it is used?
Delicious fresh breakfast. Would stay again!

I noticed on the review you were pleased overall with our hotel and for that we are grateful. We do strive to exceed expectations so I wanted to THANK YOU for your great feedback !! Trip Advisor reviews of our hotel are very important to us, and our staff will be thrilled! I do see where you encountered issues with your room and do sincerely apologize. Our rooms are inspected by our Room Inspector after our housekeeper has completed cleaning prior to a guests arrival to ensure clenliness and a preventative maintenance is conducted on each room on a regular rotational basis to try and catch any items needing attention and/or repair before the guest checks in but sometimes things are missed. Thank you sincerely for bringing these items to our attention so they can be addressed and corrected.

This property is located just off I-17 at Peoria. It is extremely convenient to most of the businesses in the North of Phoenix and is in close proximity to Northern Arizona University Phoenix. This property is clean, quiet, and has a great staff that is always ready to serve you. For those interested, there is a daily breakfast served and regular manager's reception. The business center is well appointed. Compared to other Hilton properties in a 5 mile radius of this site, this is definitely in the top 2!

At first I had my questions, it seemed like it wasn't in the best of town but as I went to check in it went very quickly. There were no hidden fees, everything was straight forward. The room was very spacious it had a huge bedroom, kinda small bathroom but living room and kitchen made up for it. I had one small problem with the garbage disposal and sink while I was there but that was taken care of very quickly. I would say if you are there for vacation make sure you have a vehicle if you plan on staying here because everything is so far away from it.

We enjoyed our stay, the room was amazing, it was quiet and comfortable. My daughter and I traveled there to bring her back to college, we were there alone and we felt safe there and very welcomed. We had lots of room in the suite and the staff was very nice and helped us with what we needed.

would have been nice to have had clean usuable pool but we were told it was being worked on-we did not see results of that-we were there 3 days. however, breakfast was awesome, looby is gorgoues, cleanliness is godly.

Trip Advisor reviews of our hotel are very important to us, and our staff will be thrilled! I do remember the period when you were here the pool was in fact closed. The reason it was closed during your stay, and for such a long duration is that we had to work on the chemical levels. Our pool water is tested 3 times daily and when chemical levels go out of range, we need to close the pool in order to correct the levels. This is the reason the pool did not look like anything was being fixed as it is an adjustment of checmicals and they take time to take effect but I can assure you we never like to close an amenity to our guests and make every effort to get it back up and running as soon as possible!
