“Beautiful Property”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

The hotel grounds were beautiful as were all the common areas. I especially liked the patio with the fire pits and views. The room was large and very comfortable however the flat screen must have been one of the first ones made and was wore out. I asked for one of the new 55" ones that were in the other rooms but it never happened. All in all it was a great place to stay and I did not spend much time in the room watching TV

The Arizona Biltmore is a stately hotel, with many buildings surrounding a stunning courtyard. We happened to be staying while the football players and their families for all NFL teams were there for the Pro Ball in January. This is a big resort made for conventions, weddings, and events. I believe the resort was fully booked because of the Pro Ball, and I noticed that there was enough room to accommodate all. There are groupings of chairs surrounding the expansive courtyard. There are two fire pits surrounded by chairs and always in use. The Biltmore is located in a hub of the Biltmore community with Condos and stately homes, golf course and shopping. There are folks who live in the Biltmore community who come to enjoy cocktails on the hotel grounds because it is a beautiful view. On Friday evening we enjoyed the singing of a jazzy women and piano. The lobby restaurant is bustling during the day with afternoon tea groups. I enjoyed the location of the Biltmore to hiking and Scottsdale shopping. This hotel would be a great place to go for a wedding. Our room was generous in size. The flat-screen TV was one of the best I have ever had in a hotel. Large and beautiful HD quality. Our bathroom had a large tiled shower, soaking tub and 2 sinks. The lighting was flattering so would make a great place to get ready for a big event. We did not get turn-down service...maybe there are too many rooms to offer that service. The hotel grounds are so big, that the parking garage was 1/3 mile to our room. For an upgrade you could have a concierge room to go to right in your own block of rooms. We chose not too, but it was these hotel amenities that could make celebrities or weddings have an intimate setting in a large hotel. There are many deluxe resorts and hotels to choose from in Phoenix. This is a stately one for convenience to airport and Scottsdale and the heart of Phoenix.

Room Tip: Ask for a room in the main building if you have a hard time walking. Otherwise Ocatilla was a fine...

For a hotel built in 1929 resort operators have done an excellent job updating rooms to assure most guests have a quality room. I say most guests because we got a room recently updated. It cost us in that we paid 330.00 a night but at this time in the Phoenix area hotels are extremely high. I wish hilton honor members could always be assured of such a beautiful room like this for I'd sure travel more.

The Arizona Biltmore is wonderful! Beautiful grounds, hotel, rooms, bar and restraunts. First Class Hotel. I had a great time and really enjoyed my stay. Love to have the opportunity to stay there again.

Our trip began by Leo checking us in at the front desk. Such a professional yet very friendly service. Our room was magnificent, clean and roomy. Our bed was extremely comfortable. Overall our experience was perfect. One evening, we sat outdoors outside Frank and Albert's, by the fireside. We were brought warm blankets by Cara which was unexpected but made our time together even more comfortable. My husband and I are looking forward to our next stay at the Arizona Biltmore.

The Biltmore is a great place to stay. Beautiful grounds, great food, fun atmosphere. I've stayed here many times for both business and pleasure. I had business meetings for three days here and everything was excellent. The food was excellent, staff friendly and professional. The rooms are large and comfortable.

All I can say is wow. For someone who is fascinated with unique architecture this hotel offers enough eye candy to have you go into shock. Beautiful details both inside and out. I've stayed in plenty of hotels ranging from the Ritz to the Residence Inn and by far I've received the best, warmest and friendliest service from staff here. Even the housekeeping staff that I ran across in the hallways. It's a definite must go for a personal trip. I'll be returning.

For business and meetings, it's a good facility. Plenty of meeting space and again very courteous and customer oriented staff. Brian and Audra, oh and Angel from PSAV are great. The place a huge so some of your guests may have a walk but we had our meeting in January and I welcomed the walk through this beautiful property.

The fitness center is pretty well equipped. They had something for everyone which was really nice.
