This review is a little late but I attended a conference 10/21-24, 2012 enjoyed my stay very much. I was upgraded to a room in the Octialla Wing which is the hotels club level area. There are multiple buildings around and this one was one of the newer buildings but fit in with the architecture perfectly. The lounge served breakfast, snack throughout the day, then had food and drinks in the evening. Its worth paying the upgrade to stay here for the free water!
All of the staff members were great. There was one attendendant in the Octialla Lounge that was very up tight about the time to remove the food in the evening. I found myself getting food off of the carts when he was removing it.
The fitness center, the spa - had one of the best massages ever, the main pool area, the lobby bar all were spot on with service. The hotel gets very busy with conventions and I understand that there is no way to staff to cover those slammed times.
The banquet food was top notch and I don't usually like banquet food. I had room service for dinner a couple of nights and it is very pricey and just okay.
And as mentioned, I did not leave the resort the entire time i was there. I did not want to. Be sure to take time to relax at the pool and enjoy the services and just walking around the beautiful property.
