““Great experience with Ritz Carlton Phoenix!””
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 19, 2011

I helped plan a weekend trip with a large group of friends for a 30th birthday and the staff went above and beyond.

We enjoyed beautiful weather, great accommodations and a wonderful dinner at bistro 24. I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the Phoenix area.

I recently visited the Ritz in Phoenix for a combo trip (friend's b-day/work event), and had a great time! The hotel is very clean and plush (as you would expect at a Ritz), and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We had a group of 16 that ate in Bistro 24 (the lobby restaurant), and the food was insane! Good times! Would recommend this hotel to anybody heading to the greater Phoenix area on biz or pleasure. Great value!

The Phoenix location was truly exceptional! I have stayed at about 15 Ritz Carltons, and this one by far had the most experienced staff. The club room staff (especially Jean!) is the best I have seen and took service to an entirely different level. While the decor is the older Ritz look (although I overheard other guests discussing that it had been renovated recently, just not all floors), it was very clean and well-maintained. You can always expect the Ritz to live up to its name which is why I always choose to stay at the Ritz if one is available in the area of my travel. Although I have stayed at a few with a staff that seemed to be inexperienced and lacking in the high quality level of service that stands behind the Ritz name, the Phoenix location lived up to my expected level of excellence.

We stayed at this Ritz for two nights over Memorial Day Weekend. The club level room are luxurious, spacious, and outrageously comfortable. The restaurant has delicious food, service is amazing. Club level staff are accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable. You really get what you pay for here - a LOT.

We love Ritz as we got married in Ritz Montego Bay 8 years ago, and we try to stay at one whenever we can. This one was great too even though it is not a resort. We stayed at the club level which was wonderful. We would have enjoyed it more if our kids were a bit older, but that is because our boys are 2 and 5, not exactly the well behaved ages.you cannot get better than the Ritz service.

I stayed at this hotel while attending a conference hosted at the Biltmore. The Ritz hotel staff were very helpful with directions and recommendations for dinner. The housecleaning staff was accommodating when I need to be working in and out of my room. The WIFI was great, did not kick me off once all week. The location of the hotel is great, close to restaurants and a walking mall across the street...in case you forgot something or want to go shopping.

The Ritz lived up to their name for service, attentiveness to detail, the robes, etc. I think the pool has been shrunk since the last time we were there five years ago with a remodeling job. It continues to irk me that they charge about $10/day extra for internet access.
