“Club Level was fantastic”

You can never go wrong with the Ritz. They have such amazing attention to detail. The Club Level here was very nicely done. There were several presentations throughout the day with a tremendous number of choices. If you can upgrade to this level, it's well worth it. Cocktails, wine, champagne are always available so you'll save a small fortune on drinks. The location is a bit odd as it's across from a mall and next to an office building. Sitting at the pool loses a bit of its charm because of the surroundings. Overall, it's a great place to stay.

I have just returned from a conference at the Ritz Carlton. The hotel is magnificent and I have never experienced such incredible service before. Overall I would say this is probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in!

“Exceptional Service”

Work brought me to Phoenix and I decided to stay at the Ritz this time. There is always a good feeling when being warmly greeted by the valet and again the doorman. Registration was very smooth. The lobby had a feeling of grandeur. The room was very nice, not necessarily new, but clean and comfortable. The pool and fitness facility are small and don't have "views," so if you're looking for these amenities, you might prefer a different resort. My colleague and I did not eat at the restaurant, although it looked very inviting and I heard it has a good reputation. There are other good restaurants (and shopping) nearby, including the mall across the street.

I think the last time I had experienced such warm and genuine service was when staying at the Ritz on Central Park. The "Ritz" brand is in a class of its own!

“Great service but there are better options in Phoenix”

The Ritz-Carlton Phoenix

Mar 21, 2008

I was attending a conference at this hotel and so I decided to book a room out of convenience. The Ritz-Carlton is a nice hotel that is starting to show its age. For the money there are just better resorts out there, with more amenities. The value is just not there, yes the service is still excellent but this small hotel just provides, at best, average amenities like its restaurant, gym and pool. The RC still provides the excellent service it is known for but why settle here when you can get so much more elsewhere.
