This hotel was very dirty with a horrible odor. Once in the room, I turned on the lights and cockroachers were scrambling about. I went up to the front dest and the lady was very rude and would not refund my stay since it was just after 4pm and the cancel policy is 4pm. I had several other co-workers that were going to be staying thru out the month and I've cancelled all reservations.
Try talking to a manager Chris and he will not return calls.

This hotel is centrally located to all manner of shopping, dining and entertainment in the Arrowhead area. Peoria Sports Complex, Arrowhead Mall, several of the nicer chain restaurants(Cheesecake Factory, PF Changs, etc.) and a cinema all all located within a mile of the property. This property is located right off the freeway, and is easy to get to...but with hardly any of the usual accompanying road noise!

We arrived early, and the front desk clerk let us check in early with no problems. Much appreciated, as it was 114 degrees and we just wanted to get into an air conditioned room! The AC never let us down=) The room was VERY clean, probably the cleanest I have ever been in. Beds were super comfortable. I have never been able to rest well on hotel beds...but these were like sleeping on clouds, AMAZING! The room was decorated very nicely and came with sofa bed, microwave and ice cold mini fridge. As our room was located right next to the vending area and shared a wall with the breakfast room, we thought we would be bothered by noise. Aside from a few people getting ice throughout the day, we didn't really notice it.

The breakfast served by the hotel was adequate. The usual pastries, fruit, yogurt, cereals and juices. The hot waffles were very good, but the rest was just mediocre. My advice is to skip the hotel breakfast and have breakfast at the IHOP, just a few steps from the hotel. The only drawback to this property was that they offered no covered parking...not good during valley summers!

This was by far the nicest Comfort Suites we have stayed at. Immaculate rooms, extremely comfortable beds (they remind me of the new Marriott beds, high off the ground and piled with comfy blankets and linens.) We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds plus a sofa bed, since there are 6 of us (2 adults and 4 kids) and we all had a good night’s sleep. The room also had a microwave and fridge and a coffeemaker. Breakfast was better than most continental breakfasts, with a waffle iron and a hot dish with ham and eggs, as well as the usual cereals, muffins, and yogurt. The breakfast area was kept very tidy and constantly restocked, and the tables wiped clean frequently as soon as someone left. The rooms have free wireless internet, which I used with no problems at all. I would certainly stay here again, as it is definitely one of the nicest in the chain. They have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, apparently, but I would be hard pressed to find anything to complain about. Excellent stay!

Convenient location for those visiting Glendale/Peoria. Located in the Arrowhead Towne Center at the 101 freeway and Bell Road, there are plenty of facilities nearby for dining & entertainment. In an area of $120+ rooms, this hotel is an economical alternative. The room had a wonderful view of the 101 frontage road. If there was noise from the freeway late at night, I didn't hear it. Room was clean & relatively modern, including refrig & microwave, wifi, and more pillows than we knew what to do with. Big effort by service personnel to ensure we had a good stay. Upon checking out, I was asked if everything was OK. After my lame response in the affirmative, I was then asked if there was anything I could think of to improve the facility or service. I couldn't.
