Convenient location for those visiting Glendale/Peoria. Located in the Arrowhead Towne Center at the 101 freeway and Bell Road, there are plenty of facilities nearby for dining & entertainment. In an area of $120+ rooms, this hotel is an economical alternative. The room had a wonderful view of the 101 frontage road. If there was noise from the freeway late at night, I didn't hear it. Room was clean & relatively modern, including refrig & microwave, wifi, and more pillows than we knew what to do with. Big effort by service personnel to ensure we had a good stay. Upon checking out, I was asked if everything was OK. After my lame response in the affirmative, I was then asked if there was anything I could think of to improve the facility or service. I couldn't.

Loved it! Very nice front desk people! Free breakfast included bacon and eggs. Beds very comfortable. Will return. Keep up the good work! Thank you.

We stayed here for one night prior to picking up a motorhome as it was in the area we needed to be in next day.

Check-in staff were friendly and efficient, and told us where everything was. They also pointed out that there was a small extra charge automatically added for use of the room safe, but if you didn't use it you could ask for the charge to be removed on check-out. Local calls to the Phoenix area are free, including to local cell-phones.

When we got to the room, however, we found that although the hotel is now completely non-smoking, our room had previously been a "smoker" and the smell really lingered in the carpet and fabric. As non-smokers, it hit us like a wall as we walked in. Also, although the room had been serviced, someone had left the remains of a take out meal on the desk. This was the last thing we needed after being up for 23 hours, and asked to change rooms.

The girl on the desk was extremely apologetic, and although the hotel was nearly full, switched things around to accommodate us. She gave us a HUGE non-smoking room with a king sized bed and all the facilities you would expect, including a relatively quiet air conditioner. We had a good night's sleep, and found the free breakfast next morning to be more than adequate, with several cereal choices including hot oat, 4 juices, tea/coffee, fresh fruit, yogurt, several breads, scrambled egg, bacon, tomatoes and make-your-own waffles (as English guests who don't really come across waffles, this was a treat).

Checkout was easy, with the charge for the safe being removed as we hadn't used it - we were only there for one night and didn't go out. All in all, what could have been a bad experience was completely turned around through the attitude of the desk staff - thank you Dorothy.

We travel with a youth athletic team and stay in many chain motels around the country. Comfort Suites in Peoria was perfectly adequate - not remarkable yet serviceable.
The breakfast buffet was free, tidy and sufficient.
The room was nicely equipped with a good-sized refrigerator and microwave, but only paper cups. Paper plates and plastic utensils were available in the breakfast room.
The free wireless internet connection works well once you contact the front desk to get more information than supplied in the room's insufficient written instructions.
The information provided by the front desk about the hotel's immediate surroundings was also insufficient. A simple map of the streets surrounding the hotel is warranted, especially given the huge number of restaurants and stores within a mile or two of the hotel.
