I have eaten at this restaurant two times this year. I will say that it is a very different, interesting atmosphere.........with excellent entertainment. The food borders on good to very good. The area I found lacking on both visits is SERVICE. The first time, I chalked it up to a bad night, but the on the second visit, it was as bad, if not worse. There is a long wait between courses and wait staff is not attentive and does not check on satisfaction of food after serving, and both times requests had to be made for bread, additional water and the check..........with their prices, I find this totally unacceptable!! Either they are short-handed or lacking in 'fine' dining service training. Management take heed!!!!

We go to Peoria for spring training every year and after the baseball games, we enjoy going to the restaurants on "Restaurant Row:". Skye is a new addition and only open for 16 weeks. We had a wonderful time. The gourmet food is fun, innovative and delicious! There are several areas in the facility and they have live entertainment every night with Terry and Anne C. They are terrific!! It is a wonderful upscale adventure but you can come there wearing resort casual, have great food, drinks, cigars and entertainment! Try them...you won't be sorry!
