Lots to do in 2 nights, One day raft trip HANGIN OUT W/INDIANS & flew up the walls of the canyon IN A CHOPPER! (scared the sh.t out of me) OH AND THE LONGEST, FASTEST DIRT ROAD BUS EXPERIENCE YOU'LL EVER HAVE! we did so much in a 2 day period it was great! HOTEL WAS CLEAN/NICE.
RESTAURANT IS KIND OF A CAFETERIA, CHEAP, DECENT. next day we drove to GRAND CANYON VILLAGE (2 HOURS). a different scene/view, more forrest lot more people village has a lot to offer there is nothin to do. You have time? MUST SEE/DRIVE THE SEDONA AREA! total 4 days, WE came from the west so we started in Peach Springs for the for the 1st night, stayed after rafting we arrived sooner that we thought COULD OF DROVE TO WILLIAMS where other rafters where going to stay, MORE MOTELS RESTAURANTS AND POOLS! also it was almost half way to Grand Canyon Village, our next stop FOR ONE NIGHT. THEN WE SPENT THE DAY DRIVING around the Sedona area, A MUST SEE! I thought it was more beautiful than the CANYON! ONE OF THE BEST ROAD TRIPS. NEXT time I would fly to PHOENIX/VEGAS RENT A CAR. who wants to be in vegas for more than 2 nights? I'D GO BROKE. Best part of the trip, fungus and a Grand canyon sunset, whew what a sunset!
