Litia Sini is beautiful. Wonderful staff welcoming and friendly, great Samoa food, the beach is amazing. It was a very relaxing holiday.
Would recommend staying here if planning on going to Samoa for sure!

We spent a long weekend here to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. I wanted a place where I could walk from my room onto the sand and into the water, which is exactly what we got. The accommodation is small and basic, and kept very clean. The facilities are shared, so you have to be prepared for 'up-market camping'. This wasn't a problem because the place wasn't full and you rarely ran into anyone else in the bathroom. Bring any toiletries and comforts etc. that you can't do without. (Just a wee niggle; it would be nice if there were deck chairs, or something a little more comfortable to lounge on other than the plastic chairs provided.)
The resort is 2 hours from the airport. We were on a short stay so Joseph picked us up from the airport on arrival and dropped us off for our return. This worked well, but if you are staying longer and want to see the rest of the island it is best if you rent a car.
I recommend the beachfront fales, but if you are a light sleeper like me beware the waves are loud! The fales next door can also be a bit lively.
I wanted a simple (not fancy) place to stay, on the beach, in a beautiful setting. I wanted small and personal and I wanted to eat traditional Samoan food. These needs were all met and I highly recommend this lovely little place.

Room Tip: Beachfront fale in the middle of the row (e.g., 5).

Litia Sini is a family run resort in a absolutely stunning location. We stayed for 10 days on our honeymoon this year and had a fantastic time. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you Lydia, Joseph, Joe, Molo, Tj and the rest of the family for making our holiday so perfect!
We look forward to returning soon!

This is my happy place! The ocean views are breathtaking, the warm crystal water fading to indigo blue of the ocean, a backdrop of coconut trees, falling asleep to the surf over the reef, the remote, unspoilt end of the island - its the idyllic tropical holiday. Add to that the warm and welcoming Lydia and Joseph and their family.

I was after some time out and Litia Sini hit the spot perfectly, basic fales, beside a stunning beach, none of the sterilised, huge, multinational resort with all mod-cons.

I stayed for 8days in an ocean view/ backrow fale which had a magnificent viewshaft. It was comfortable, squeaky clean, tidied every day and beds made by extremely friendly staff.

I was apprehensive about the food, but needn't have been -fresh, varied, plentiful and showcasing local dishes.

Snorkelling was good, but not what it was, as the coral was destroyed by the tsunami. It is starting to regenerate in places. I did the umu tour to Lalomanu village with Joe, the food was great and an insight to Samoan culture. Joe also took us up to the crater and their taro plantation which was another neat experience. The Friday fiafia night was mesmerising; the energy and passion involved was amazing an the whole evening had a special family vibe.

The only down side could be the noise from parties at the neighbouring accommodation, which didn't last too long, but interrupted the sound of the waves breaking...... and noting the comment below about not leaving money in your fale, don’t take flash jandels/ flip flops to Samoa either, they have a habit of walking…….

All in all it was the unforgettable holiday, Lydia thank you. I will be back soon

Room Tip: If you can get a beachfront - do it!

What a beautiful beach!!
What a stunning tropical island location!!

Litia Sini certainly ticks the box on that one.

Beachfront fale 4 nights. Only two rows. 8 front 8 rear.
The rear fales had good sea views between the ocean front.
So glad we had oceanfront though.
All of the standard oceanfront were booked out so sprung for oceanfront family.
The last two (closet to Taufua Beach Fales) were family. Furtherest away from dining.
Bit bigger deck. And bigger fale with an extra long window for more view. So two extra long windows in family fales.
Left the door open at night for breeze. Fales were serviced each day. Sweep out the sand, make beds, fresh towels... Didn't expect that! Nice.
Bathrooms literary 10 seconds walk through the most delightful sand.
Plastic dish of water outside fales & bathroom for feet.

Breakfast & Dinner included buffet style.
Breakfast 8.30am. Dinner 6.30pm. Staff did say that they come knock
on fale doors if your not in dining area. Get in fast. Or you may miss out.
Meals were ordinary. Not bad. But not fab. Never went hungry though.

The fale was nicer than I expected. Very clean. Fresh. Bed & pillows great.
Seemed to be lots of blowup things under some fales to float around the lagoon on.
There were still there when guests left, so guess anyone to use?

Jo will give you an amazing deep tissue massage (one hour 40 Tala) if you can pin him down. Small massage room near amenities block. Or in your fale. Or a lady up the road full body (you have to go to her) around 120 Tala if I recall correctly. Jo was great.

The lagoon is the colors you see in the photographs. Just beautiful.
Some fish. Tiny bit of coral regenerating. A few deep blue starfish here & there.

Tua Sua Ocean Trench (entry 15 Tala pp) is just 20 minutes up the road.
A few of us guests bandied together, Lydia organised Litia Sinis mini bus drop off 11am - 1.30pm. Not sure what we paid. Didn't care. Incredible. A must see. The time was easily used. They said it could be seen in one hour & the driver would wait. No way. Would not have wanted less time. Even 30 more minutes would have been well used.

Drinks, purchase, trips etc can be paid Tala or booked up and paid either cash or card on checkout. Small gift shop selling locally made lavalava, coconut earrings, etc.
Staff always had a smile.

Litia Sini Lalomanu beach photographs grace my Facebook.
All my friends all hate me.

My second time here this year and as always, Beautiful, lalomanu beach is stunning.
Lydia and Joseph along with their staff make you feel sooo welcome and part of their paradise.
The beachfront fales are great, nice comfy beds, the buffet breakfasts and dinners are delicious and have plenty of variety for all tastes.
Their fiafia nights are a must see/experience, Joe and the team are fantastic and such fun!!!
We stayed for 7 nights and did not want to leave :(
Will be back very soon :)

Good overall experience, we enjoyed our stay here and were very comfortable. The room interiors and restaurant were a bit lacking in character, but had beautiful surroundings so it really didn't matter. We were staying in one of the back fales, as many people have said before it would be worth trying to get a front one on the beach. Though still super close to the beach, they're fairly basic especially given the price (though most accom is pricey in Samoa). But who needs a fancy hotel room when right beside such a stunning beach? Well I guess it may have helped during the constant torrential rain, but lets not be picky. Beautiful beach and great remote location. Snorkelling was awesome, despite much of the coral having been sadly destroyed by the tsunami, it was still like being in a tropical fish tank. Snorkelling equipment hire was at extra cost. The food wasn't amazing but adequate and standard for Samoa. Worth noting that on our first night we were kept up by the thumping bass of a beach party at the neighbouring accom, which literally lasted until breakfast the next day. Not Litia's fault, but annoying nevertheless.
Would return, but pay the extra for a beach front fale.
