“Terrible Food; Worse Service”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed May 7, 2013

Had dinner there this evening and truly wish we had not. I ordered a ham sandwich...barely there piece of ham on 2 pieces of old bread...dry and tasteless. A few fries. Had to ask for Mayo...begrudgingly got little packets. Husband had mushroom spaghetti..small bowl..no bread..no cheese... No beverages (asked for water). Waitress pretty much ignored us until time for la cuenta. And way overpriced.

“Good pizzas and pastas”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 1, 2011

Good, affordable food. The pastas and pizzas were really good and the juices were lovely.

“Service truly awful - the food is good though”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed February 6, 2011

We (2 of us) stopped in for dinner and a drink, and went upstairs to the balcony for the view of the street scene below. Although the place was not busy, it took about 15 minutes for the waitress to take time away from chatting with the bartender to take our order. We thought she'd bring the drinks first but no dice. No exaggeration, we waited there more than 35 minutes before she brought one of the drinks (she forgot the other one - but no apology, just glumly asked what was ordered). When we did finally receive our food; it was quite good.
Then when it was time to settle the bill, more drama. Seems they had trouble figuring out the bill, the change owing; then they couldn't rustle up the change anywhere - the waitress was asking bar patrons if they could break a 10. they acted like it was a big inconvenience. anyway; no tip for them.

“Very pricey compared to others but for...”

Very pricey compared to others but for some reason is in the backpacker's guidebook. Chicken burritos were totally delicious though! Overall the higher prices would put me off returning
