Our room was spacious (2 rooms, dining room, kitchen, living room, bathroom)...It wasn't very modern, but the complimentary breakfast was fabulous and the service was very attentive...I enjoyed my stay...

We (two families, three adults each) just returned from a five-day visit to Buenos Aires. We stayed at the Loi Suites Esmeralda. The location is excellent, close to the shopping street Florida (yet far enough away to be quiet), a subway station and Plaza San Martin. We stayed in 1-bedroom apartments, which are very spacious and have kitchen with microwave, oven and refrigerator. The sofa in the living room doubles as a bed at night. As a previous reviewer said, the carpet is worn and the bathroom is rather small. However the rate is excellent and the staff is uniformly very helpful. Before the trip I spoke with a reservation agent there by the name of Jose Franchi. He was very helpful and answered all our questions. On top of that after our arrival he continued to help us with sightseeing arrangements. We are very impressed by his professionalism.

This is not a luxury hotel, but is excellent value for the money. We would not hesitate to return to the same hotel in the future.

I have stayed there with my wife and two boys in one of their 2-bedroom suites. It's big enough and it has a well-equipped kitchen. It's close to Calle Florida and the major shopping area. Also close to a metro station. It has a small parking area if you are travelling by car. It's clean and the staff is quite friendly.

I stayed last week on this hotel and I liked very much. The rooms are more like apartments. The place was clean, the staff very kind, good breakfast and a terrific location: two blocks from Santa Fe Subte and three blocks from St Martin Square and Florida St.

Some cons, the bathroom is small, and the carpet is a litle worn. Besides that, is a nice place to stay

This hotel is unexpensive, modern, clean and very well located (just a few blocks from Av 9 de Julio and Calle Florida). The rooms are simple, but very confortable and not small at all. The staff is very pleasant too.
