“Looked welcoming, but we were tricked”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed April 5, 2013

By far the most horrible experience in a restaurant we had our entire trip. The place looked OK, we were hungry and the service took forever. I had a steak that was so overcooked it resembled beef jerky and had no taste. (ordered med rare) My husband had a hamburger that was more a meatloaf sandwich. We could not get out of there fast enough.

“Perfectly Good Food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 4, 2013

We enjoyed a pizza and local beer by the window with great people-watching the whole time. As will most Argentinian restaurants the service is slow, so be sure to keep your server in your sights if you want "la cuenta" in a timely fashion.

“Only place to get decaf coffee in El Calafate!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 4, 2013

Adorable restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating in the middle of town. Great place to sit and watch the tourists walk by. Lots of shops and activities. And the dogs walking down the street by themselves. One small red dog just lied down by us while we were having our coffee and took a nap. Very sweet.

“Avoid”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed December 22, 2012

The restaurant has a nice welcoming appearance but you will not only if d it expensive you will find the food to be of poor quality. One pizza came out very cold and they reheated it to Luke warm. Other was a good temp but lack taste as well. The place was not busy but so no reason not to get it right. It was expensive as it was nearly $50 usd or 250 local currency and we had only three waters to drink with only the two pizza's one being small. If you do venture in a small size pizza is enough for two adults or three kids.
