“Very good service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 22, 2013 via mobile

People were very helpful and flexible. Place is very calm a litle bit up the hill out of the center.
They were very helpful to arrange my tours and transport for the next day. I've stayed here during winter, even I've paid for a mixed dormitory, I received a single room.

I really had a nice time in this hostel. The owners are very friendly and help you select the right activity which fits your needs. The rooms are nice, the internet is fast and you have a kitchen where you can cook things. The location of the hostel is ok. You need approx. 10 min to the center of the city and you have a nice view of the argentinien lake.

the hostel was pretty and comfortable, the prices were reasonable and a pretty common area with pool table, music and great tv. The staff was pretty helpful we asked them if they could heat more the room and they gave us a personal heater that worked perfectly. You have all the commodities towels, kitchen, clean showers with shampoo and soap, the people in charge arranged us all of the tours and the hostels on our next stop at a reasonable prize. they were so nice to us definately I`ll stay here again.

good beautiful clean and big room,
have all facilities of 4 star hotel,
breakfast is very poor it has: bread, dry "medialunas" which is Croissants, juice wather, butter, jam, sometimes cheese and ham.
wifi is not do good.
its 5 minutes walk from the center of the small town, which you need to climb 4 floors of stairs to walk back there, not recommended for people with disabilities.
the hotel changed the address and its not the same address in booking.com im lucky the taxi driver knew it changed and was nice and helped
wifi is not working so good, many disconnects.
staff very very nice and helpful.
would recommend if you find a good deal. in full price it doesn't worth it.

The place is not bad but there are strong improvements to perform:

- There are 2 PCs, but they are rebooting each time you try to do anything, thus not usable except for basic surfing

- I had the first bedroom (3 beds) on the right. Beds were good & provided with towels, but a single locker for the entire room

- Also the bathroom was having with multiple water leakages, impossible to use the washbasin

- Bathroom was also having a very high fan noise when light on.

We stayed here 4 nights, left to Chile and came back for 2 extra days. Besides the clean and inviting rooms, the cosy common room, a charming asado evening and the sweet cherry tree in the entrance - we found a wonderful, young and vivid staff that assisted us whenever we needed a piece of knowledge. Each time we came back to the inn from activities in the surounding area, we felt we are arriving sweet home. We also made some new friends who we met there.

staff were friendly and helpful. an error was made in our booking, there was no room booked for us the day we arrived so the staff immediately put us up in a private room! common area is huge, tv, pool table and lounges. about a 15 minute walk to town. rooms are clean and comfortable. i would recommend stating here.
