“Place to sleep”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 3, 2013

Stayed at this hotel at the peak of the high season. This place is pretty big, however it was rather empty, only 4 people staying there or so I was told. Only one person on duty the entire time, all light shut off all the time.

This is a great place to sleep, that's about it. Its clean, has good beds, rooms a bit outdated but well kept. There is no view, there is no amenities, there is no music, bar or entertainment, even the mini bar is empty. I believe this should be called a hostel, not a hotel as that implies some of the things listed above.

There's nothing around for a kilometer, not a shop or a restaurant not to mention this place is above the town therefore is extremely windy. This place is NOT in the town, therefore I believe location is the big drawback here.

People are friendly, and will help you and advice you. There is room service, but its kinda compulsory, since they don't have the "do not disturb signs".

Long story short, good place to sleep but don't expect any more then that. Not really sure why its deemed 4 starts, or even a hotel for that matter.

Good and friendly service but the hotel needs an upgrade for the price they are asking. I stayed in cheaper places with more personality closer to the town-center.

This place is a little out of the way, but walkable to town in 10 mins (easy walk). There is not much around the hotel.

The building is a bit drafty, we had to prop the garbage can up against the door to stop it from rattling.

Excelent Hotel.
Good Breakfast, clean, great staff. Good tips got there.
We made the reservations of the tours in the hotel, it was great.
The hotel stays at an old airport road. As the place is not crowded you can have a great view from the place. Very quiet for you to relax.
Just a walk to the center of the small city.
Great place.

Why 4 star?! Far from the centre with a view only of the main road. Nowhere to sit outside. No atmosphere. As it classes itself as 4 star it has to get a poor rating, as a 3 star I would give it average. It's not terrible though. If you need a functional place just to sleep and you get a good deal it's ok. It's clean and the rooms are OK. You may be offered a massage if young and pretty...

This place was OK - a fairly smart business style hotel with clean rooms. It is located on the edge of town, so a fair walk to any of the restaurants or bars.

It does have nice views and it's in a peaceful spot, but the walls are very thin. There are big gaps at the bottom of all the bedroom doors so you can hear everyone who walks past - anytime day or night. I think there are probably better options on the other side of town.

I have no idea where the other reviewers have been staying because this can't be the same hotel that they all described. When we arrived at this"4 star hotel" (NOT) the person at the desk was rude and barely could be bothered with us checking in. There was no elevator so we had to drag our luggage up to the second floor. The room was filthy. There were things growing on the walls and the carpet was stained and ripped. The bed linens were rough and shabby. The common areas of the hotel were just as bad with filthy stained carpets and walls. There is no restaurant. The breakfast mainly consisted of sweets like oreos and tarts. If you want this for breakfast you will like it. They said they had WiFi but it never worked in our room and the hotel's computers were from the dinosaur age.
I would never recommend this hotel to even my worst enemy.
