The other post aren't kidding. This was the best steak hands down that I've gas from BA to Ushuaia and back. Amazing ribeye. Tend to over cook to my preference but still incredibly tender. Great service and incredibly nice chef/owner. Having had the best steak at Michelin starred Restos in San Fran, Las Vegas, Chicago and NewYork, you have to go here if in Bariloche.

“Excellent”

Now here's a chef who knows how good meat should be treated. Tender and juicy cuts. Absolutely understandable that this restaurant is nr. 1 in bariloche. Good wines too.

“Adorable and delicious small restaurant”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 7, 2013

Make reservations! We stopped by one night for dinner but were turned away because they were full. We liked the looks of the place so much that we went ahead and made a reservation for the following night. We saw more than one party turned away because of another capacity dinner crowd the next night as well.

We shared a lomo steak, an ensalada completa, and a Tomero Malbec. It was a perfect amount of food and drink for two. Ask for a table by the window for the best view.

The staff is super friendly and sweet, and most speak at least a bit of English.

“Best meat ever!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 4, 2013

I've been traveling around Argentina for 2 month and the meat I eat in this restaurant is still the best one! Perfect cooked, big and the price is good. I eat there at least 5 times and tried a lot of different kind of meat and they are all delicious, but my favourite was the entrana...try it!!

“Delicious food in a cute local restaurant”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 4, 2013

We stumbled across this restaurant not having read any reviews. My partner and I were intrigued by the little driveway that led up to the restaurant. We were welcomes by the friendly wait staff and seated straight away despite how busy the restaurant was. We ordered the provoletta - a local cheese which arrived sizzling in a hot plate and we ordered anmixed salad to go with it which were both delicious. Seeing the portions around us we decided tononly order one meat between two of us. We ordered the lamb (cordero) which was cooked to perfection and served with a side of fries which we polished off! Overall we had good food, good drinks and a nice ambiance all for a really good price - we were thrilled. I would highly recommend this place!
