We were two couples who were recommended by our hotel in Bariloche to visit this restaurant. Our first impression was good but that's about all. We ordered and when the food arrived my husband received the wrong order. The waitress angrily took his plate back as though we were to blame for their mistake. The rest of us began eating and about 25 minutes later they brought my husband his order, which to our utter amazement was again the wrong dish!! Twice they brought us Veal Milaneze when the order was for Chicken Milaneze!! This was the limit. The rest of us had already finished our meal so upon returning this order again we cancelled the dish. One would think that after complaining to the manager on duty he would have given us a "compensation" in the form of a dessert or coffee on the house. But no... A measily apology and we were on our way. This is not the way to treat customers! A very disappointing evening!
