We stayed here for 5 nights with our 4 children, in a double and a quadruple room. The beds were extremely comfortable with lovely, warm duvets - a treat as most hostels have sheets and blankets. The only light negative was the pillows, which were uncomfortable but we still slept very well.
The kitchen is the best equipped kitchen of any hostel we've stayed in so far and cooking there was a pleasure. A very large gas oven and a powerful 6 ring hob. There were 2 fridges, so enough space for everyone to store their food. Breakfast was good, with bread rolls and truly delicious home made jams.
Pablo and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They helped us organise bike hire, and plan what to do and where to eat in Bariloche. Nothing seemed too much trouble and they were always happy to chat as well. Pablo reccommended a great, genuine parilla for dinner too.
The showers were hot and the bathrooms clean, but you have to hire towlels, even with the double room. The hostel is a very relaxed hostel and it's calm and quiet at night, which, when you're there with children is really important. Everyone was very welcoming and we didn't feel uncomfortable with the kids as we do in some hostels. A really lovely place to stay.
