This is a serious chef restaurant that serves each dish in 4 different ways. There is a choice of 4 different main dishes (shrimp, salmon, duck or lamb the night we dined there) and each would be served in small pieces prepared differently. The shrimp selection is excellent, the lamb we found heavy and too weird, and the avocado vegetarian started very disappointing. The only preparation of the four on that dish that we liked was excellent guacamole. If you like nouvel cuisine and inventive cooking, this is a great place to try. The service is superb, excellent English is spoken and the wines are great. The views are beyond belief, as the restaurant is on a cliff overlooking the lake, and the design is very modern and tasteful.
