Huge plus: the very best steak I had, in a month in Argentina - to remember for years. Superb meat, beautifully cooked (for me, that means a long way towards the rare side of medium-rare).
Big minus: despite long discussion with the waiter about "sin trigo, can't eat wheat/barley/etc", and explicit questions about ingredients, the meal got presented with "if you can't eat wheat, just scrape those breadcrumbs on the potato off to the side". I'm lucky, it seems I can tolerate traces of gluten, so I didn't just reject the plate and I did scrape the crumbs off to the side - but anyone with a serious gluten intolerance should not come here, they just don't seem to listen.
