We stayed at the Estancia for 10 days and it was an unbelievable experience. We rode horses almost daily, with the rides varying from leisurely outings, including lunch and fishing, to challenging and sometimes harrowing mountain climbs (and descents). One day we separated the bulls and rounded them up and drove them back to the Estancia for the winter. We also hiked, fished, went to the sauna and jumped in the river afterwards. It was incredible.
In the evenings we spent most of our time at the Estancia at asados with the gauchos, having sit-down dinners with china in the dining room, helping with cooking, and chatting in the beautifully appointed living room and kitchen.
Georgie and Ashley were accomodating and interesting hosts.
