We stayed here for one night in November 2006, after having arrived in town without an advance reservation and then having the hotel we were previously staying in (the Libertador Hotel) be fully booked for our last night in town. It is probably one of the more expensive places in town (180 pesos/night), and is the closest that we found to business class. The host at the front desk was highly informed, extremely helpful, and spoke English. Our room's decor was probably about early 1980s and not luxurious, but the room had a small living-room area with chairs and a TV, which we found quite nice. The hotel is located close to the center of downtown, with all amenities nearby, including the town square. If we came back to Trelew, this is probably where we would stay again.
