If you're looking for good parilla, this is a safe bet. I highly recommend getting the parilla with lamb - the lamb is a knockout and the highlight of the plate (the beef flank steak left a lot to be desired). We didn't find anhinga greasy at all. If you aren't a fan of organ meats, the best thing to order is the lamb on its own. Wine was well priced and the free dip they give you as a starter is amazing. It will probably set you back around US$100 for two for a parilla, salad, and wine.
