We did several days of traveling this summer and stayed at a lot of great places! This is one that didn't disappoint! We enjoyed the people here and the room was superb! Very nice beds,employees were very helpful and friendly! Would stay here again! Oh I agree the parking is different but not a big deal!

I stayed at Hampton INN - Phoenix, Mesa in February 2012..... The staff was very profession, I had a couple of request the items was delivery in a timely manner to my room. The HSKP did a great job at keeping our room clean upon arrival and during the stay. BREAKFAST was great, something different throughout the week, exceptional job. Keep up the GOOD WORK. HAMPTON INN - MEZA, PHOENIX...."WE WILL SEE YOU SOON:-)"

We did not have any reservations at any hotel and decided to stop by to find out their rates. The young lady was very helpful and able to give us a nice room for a very reasonable rate (AARP). We requested a downstairs floor. Our room was very clean, had a king size bed and a pull out sofa which was nice for our young grandson who was with us. Our room was near the highway but we did not hear any of the noise.
Continental breakfast was one of the better ones we have encountered.

The only draw back was that they did not have a small fridge but a cooler instead. Ours was not working real well but was quickly exchanged when we mentioned it. A fridge in the hot climate there would be a plus.

All the staff we spoke with were extremely friendly. Originally we were planning on staying for 2 days but decided to stay an extra day.

Pool was nice. Nothing fancy but clean and well maintained. Towels were readily available.

We will definitely go back there again. Hotel is in a small shopping center but there was plenty of parking. Location is also near lots of shopping.

We were in Phoenix for one night, and due to my husband's Hilton Honors program, we stay in a LOT of Hampton Inns. In my opinion, this particular hotel was average. No extras, nothing major to complain about. A warning, parking at this hotel is weird. Hampton shares it's parking lot with a a small strip mall, so during the day parking may be difficult. We didn't have any issues after business hours though. Beds as always are super comfy, and the staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Room/bathroom could have used a bit more thorough of a cleaning, but was not dirty or disgusting by any means. I would stay here again if it were for one night, probably not for any stay longer than that.
