We went here for a brunch about 10:30 on a weekday. Place was fairly empty; only about 5 or 6 tables. But it seemed like there was only one waiter working. Service was poor; we saw one other table of people walk out after sitting for a long time without getting their order taken. Orders came out of the kitchen in a different sequence than the order was taken (we ordered after the table next to us but out order came out first -- they were unhappy -- and then when theirs did come out, one of them was the wrong item). My wife's waffle with eggs was sent back to the kitchen because it came out cold. I has to ask the waiter 3 times to get a coffee refill. The food was fair, once it arrived and in a warm condition, but nothing special. I did complain to the manager as we paid at the register, I expect more of a CoCo's.
