“Amazingly different”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 4, 2012

We picked up a brochure of this place at the hotel, and gave it a try...sounded interesting. Well, what an experience....it is a bit noisy and very busy (I guess a good sign for a restaurant) . The food is basically a self serve system....order, get number, then pick it up when number is up. Seating is kind of a "free for all"...which might not appeal to everyone. However, the pzza was very good, with generous portions, and the main attraction, the organist, was fabulous. For anyone who knows anything about the process of pressurized air being the source of all sounds, you will be amazed with the "organ"....essentially, you are sitting in the various aspects of it. There are percussion instruments all around and even above you, while the main sound is projected from hundreds of various sized pipes (different keys of the organ) via pressurized air. It is incredible, and not something you will see very often, if ever. The talent of the organist was superb, and plays a number of half hour sets during the time you are there dining. He takes requests from the crowd, and seems to know all songs ever written. And puts nice renditions together which accentuate the capabilities of this organ.

In a nutshell, I would say that if in the Mesa area, this is a must see experience....

“Great entertainment”

Pizza was adequate, salad tolerable. People go for entertainment not food. Though once for us is enough. LOTS of people young and old. Noisy. Organist wonderful

“If you want to hear organ music, go to church, if you want good pizza, go somewhere else”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed October 16, 2012

I don't understand the attraction this place has? The pizza is average, the prices comparably high, it is self-service, the atmosphere of the place is beer-hall or central station waiting room, and the organ music, well, mediocre, but so loud that you can't have a conversation. Because most people still try to talk to each other, the non-music noise level is pretty high.

“Great Entertainment”

Wonderful atmosphere, decent pizza, reasonable priced, good cold beer. The best part is the pipe organ music. We thoroughly enjoyed the music, very entertaining, you can request music to be played.
