Come to mesa for eye surgery/checkup every two weeks. I call ahead of time and they keep the room cooled for me. Helps me and my eyes rest easier. Hotel is newly opened and renovated so rooms were fine.

i wasn't looking to spend a whole lot of money to stay in mesa. this hotel is definitely not a hilton or a hyatt, but it is a nice and clean hotel. i liked the room it was newly renovated and the wireless internet was also a added bonus. overall if i were in mesa again and was looking to just have a room that is clean and well priced, i would stay again.

Room Tip: new suites are larger

Not much to say except if you are just looking for a place to stay for a few nights that isnt junk then this is where i would stay.

The other hotels in the area are a motel 6 and knights inn and they are both dirty in my opinion. At a rate of $40 plus tax It worked for me

Our room smelled of cigarette smoke. Second room offered to us, had no hanging space for clothes. We left and went down the street to the Quality Inn.

Nice large room, full kitchen. Only downside, for my niece who was staying with me, was there was no pool. There was no indication that there WAS a pool on the website but no indication that there was NOT a pool either. It wouldn't have made much difference to me but my niece was disappointed. Not really a great location and there was a railroad nearby so trains were heard off and on part of the night.

Nothing to cook with in full kitchen, but it fit our need. Can't say we would stay again if we needed a kitchen to cook in. Overall it was great :)

I'm not sure what people expect for the money but in my book this place is tops. I stayed March 3rd and 4th of 2012. They have lots of parking, easy location, friendly staff, modern rooms, plenty of hot water, fridge/microwave/sink, and all very clean. Seems like some of these other travelers are just fools that like to complain. Waaah no coffee maker, or utensils?!? Seriously? French vanilla cappuccino is a dollar and change at the gas station, and we all know people would take the utensils so its obvious to bring some or use plastic from fast food. Thank you Americas Best Value Inn for keeping the prices affordable and I am looking forward to staying again.

Room Tip: The single story side has little covered areas between each room which is really neat on warm nights...
