We just finished a two week long trip to several hotels. This was not most high priced with the least benefits.
This particular visit to this hotel left much to be desired. The hotel was overpriced for the services provided. We paid $179 a night, however, to their credit this is peak season in Arizona. The weather was beautiful, the hotel room...not so much. For the price there was not a a bellman, no valet, etc.
The hotel and room seemed grungy, like it could use some maintenance and deep cleaning. We have stayed in this hotel in the past with much happier results.
We did some laundry while at this hotel and the dryers were so packed full of lint (not just the traps) that the clothes wouldn't get dry. This seemed to be the general theme. Like things were just picked up but not really cleaned.
The kids were looking forward to swimming while we were there and the pool was closed due to plumbing issues. We were however, not informed about the pool closure, when we checked in.
The front desk clerk acted very disinterested, like we were an imposition.
The breakfast was what made this visit less than terrible. The staff kept everything well stocked and with lots of variety. Thanks.

Stayed two nights end of Nov. - very noisy. Do not take a room that looks out at the Sullivans Sport Bar and Hooters - you'll be awake till 2am when the place closes. Next night asked to be moved to back of hotel and that was fine. Paid $100 corporate rate and did not feel it was worth the money. Breakfast was ample, toast, omelets, waffles, yogurt etc. Evening snack was much of nothing at all.

It is conveniently located right near entrance to 60 Freeway. Parking not good - it's located in an area of all restaurants and no specific parking for hotel. Hard to find even with GPS in car because it's in this restaurant complex.

We wouldn't stay there again because the rooms are very noisy (we were put next to the elevator shaft and on the busy freeway sign. When we asked to be moved there were only rooms across from the elevator and they wanted $30 a night more for them. Although there was always plenty of food at the continental breakfast the scrambled eggs were rubbery, the muffins and donuts were stale. I think I'll find another place next time...

Stayed 2 nights while visiting friends in Mesa. There were 3 of us in our party; had a one bedroom suite with 2 queen beds in the bedroom and a hide-a-bed in the living room; plenty of room. There was a microwave and mini frig which came in handy. There were two sinks, one in the bathroom and the other outside and even a tv in the bathroom.!! The staff were very helpful. The breakfast had plenty of hot and cold food. The evening snacks were good (even had soup). The pool and hot tub were great.
Even being located next to a major highway, we had no complaints of noise.
The entire hotel was clean and I would definately recommend it and will return.
