This place is truly not a pleasant place to stay at.
It seems to be pretty run down, the rooms do not seem to be very clean and there are strange mechanisms on the shower to heat up the water which were ineffective and also seemed kind of dodgy.
There were a bunch of mosquitoes in the room and when the water pump of the hostel broke down (no water was coming from the street and they never bother to fix their own pump to access their water storage in time of need) we were told to take a dip in the pool instead of showering. The same pool 4 big dogs had been bathing in that same morning.
While the owners are friendly I still advise against a stay at this hostel- you can get way better value for money in town. Trust me, we asked around.
