“simple place, cheap to eat”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed May 6, 2014

You can find a good variety of alfajores, olive, olive oil, wines and cheese. It goes around 4 pm to 10 pm. It has good prices and wherever you go the prices are the same.

“Olives and Alfajores with good price”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed May 8, 2013

During our stay in Foz do Iguaçu, Brazilian side, we visited Puerto Iguazu in Argentina. I can say that it`s a good place to buy Olives and Alfajores with a good price and find some good restaurants. You can visit the frontier among the 3 countries but the place is poor in attractions. There are so many interesting things to do like the falls, the Birds Parks and even Itaipu that can offer more attractives than Puerto Iguazu. A positive point is the Argentinian food and the beer that is really very good. You can have a good dinner with meet, salad, pasta and beer without dessert paying US$50,00 in 4 people. In Brazil we`ll pay more than US$ 120,00.

“The crafts are ordinary, but the view spectacular”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 8, 2013

The crafts offered at the point where the three countries meet are repeated over and over. You can buy the same items all over Argentina. The thing that isa different here is a spectacular view across the rivers into Brazil and Paraguay. The local park is adjacent and the flowers were all in bloom in the first week of March. Make sure you take a taxi down for at least a quick look.
