Residencial Liliana has recently given itself a promotion and calls itself Hotel Liliania. They have a yahoo address, but not a website. I called from the US and Liliana knew enough "reservation" English to combine with my tourist Spamish to make a booking.
The "hotel" is a few blocks away from the bus station on a quiet side street, where there is a modest playground. The 2 stories of rooms encircle a flowery courtyard. The generously-sized room had firm beds, too much closet space and a good-sized bathroom with a squeegee to keep your shower under control. The entire place was immaculate! The owners are so nice. Breakfast is coffee and medialunas. For 65 pesos a night for a triple, it's a great deal.
