The manager of the hotel is one of the most helpful guy I saw on a small hotel like this. The first day, he spent almost an hour to explain how to move from there, how to get to the National Park, to the town, etc. He's really polite and a nice guy, coming from London so he do speak english.
The hotel is located between the National Park of Iguazu and the small city Foz do Iguaçu. So it's outside of town, but not a big problem. You can do go the park from the bus station which is the main road, 5-10 mins by walk. You can also go to to the town by a bus, but taxi aren't so expensive. On the way back from the park, you can also stop in town, so you'll save that since wherever you go by bus it's all the same price.
Hotel has a small breakfast when you ask for it and served directly at your room. Rooms are pretty nice and huge, You have a bedroom (with A/C!), a living room and a bathroom. You can also enjoy the outside swimming pool after a full day at 40 celcius!
