Spent 5 days over new year's there and it was fantastic but luxury comes with a price. Make sure you have the entire cost in dollars IN CASH upon arrival. They will not take credit cards and Argentina seems to be limiting cash withdrawls to 100USD per day. This happened to us with a European Master Card and caused inconveniences. Also make sure you reserve a house that looks over the river. Do not swim in it though, as the stream will sweep you to Buenos Aires. Pool is for this service, and has a phenomenal view. Check out both sides of the falls: Argentinian and Brazilian. Brazil has better view but Argentina is more involving. The owner of the hotel is a polite gentleman and will see to it that you are well. The houses are magnificent and private. Mostly old and rich people stay here so for two backpackers it was weird but romantic. 130USD per day is a lot of money but if you afford it there is no second to this place. Having your own house in the jungle by a river is just plain abundance.
