Room was fine without being anything fancy and was a bit dated. At the end of the day though, you're here to see the waterfall, not the hotel! Breakfast was disappointingly poor though. Scrambled eggs made to order (so fresh) were fine but the rest was the worst breakfast out of the 4 places we stayed at in Argentina and Uruguay. All the cakes and bread were rock hard through age and the fruit was low quality and dull. Location was good for the town's restaurants being a 5 min walk at most.

Hello, good morning, thank you very much for the comments, are not the nicest we have received, but I totally respect.
I'm not sure exactly what they did not like breakfast, we always have very good reviews, there are a variety of fresh and scrambled eggs are made at the time, sorry, really sorry, it is a pity that I did not say at the time, I would have gladly solved, sorry.
Still, I know it never rains please everyone, but most importantly you can express what he thought.
I just hope that GOD always accompany with good health, this is the most important thing in life, if we do not, we are lost even would not have the chance of a good Breakfast.-

We spent 2 nights here while visiting Iguazu Falls. The staff were very helpful and put us in contact with a private driver who gave us great service in airport transfers and transportation to both sides of the falls. The hotel is reasonably priced, clean and very enjoyable.

Room tip: if you have a problem with stairs arrange for a ground floor room.

We stayed here for 2 nights after arriving late morning from Buenos Aires. The room was available and we were grateful for the welcome and assistance with our luggage from the owners grandson. The room on level 1 via the stairs was good - functional, excellent bedding (however some pillow options would be strongly recommended especially soft), the bathroom OK and the cleanliness absolutely outstanding. The presentation of the hotel lives up to its name with flowers, plants everywhere, the ground level pool with flowing waterfall for a few hours, the quietness of the street and the general serenity. Even the feeders to attract the humingbirds! The reception staff are friendly and cooperative. Use of the foyer computer to arrange flight check in and boarding passes was appreciated. Breakfast is continental only and offers a good range and gluten free options were supplied on request. Hot water is just that and should be boiling hot. Eggs are available on request but cost extra.
The location is in a shaded tree lined side street very close to cafes and restaurants. It is an excellent base from which to explore the town. Plus it is just up the hill to the bus station base.
We would highly recommend this establishment and in fact the town as a down to earth, see it as the locals live base for visiting the falls. Of course some people prefer the Sheraton IN the national park but we much preferred our choice.

Hello, very very good morning, thank you very much for the comments, sensational !!!
Well, I am infinitely grateful for your words are very clear and axplicitas, I would say are words of someone with great experience and very sensatez.-
Regarding the pillows, we have various types of reserves, sorry, if you had asked me, I will gladly afrecíamos other lower and softer pillows.
Regarding the breakfast, scrambled eggs, are included, should not pay anything for them, are free, they have always been, sorry for this mistake, only to be ordered and prepared at the time, so they are more tasty.
The hot water can be ordered boiling, some prefer.
Always provide the service to prepare the boarding pass, we must help those who are foreigners, at airports, no help, here we do gladly and totally free.
I want to be able to understand my gratitude, perhaps with the help of automatic translator, you can not express exactly what I want to say, people like you, are extraordinary, congratulate, very generous and kind, love.
I want to wish you God's care for life with good health, everything else, you can get very easily, but first you must come first.
Good luck in life and thank you very much for the recommendations.
Roberto.-

Stayed here one night between a crazy two day visit to both sides of the falls. Very cozy and besides minor troubles with Internet and no option for a late checkout, I had a great stay. Would highly recommend and also convenient that there's a shuttle from here straight to both falls

The hotel itself is small and offers a nice pool area with sunbeds and umbrellas (although they didn't work). The room was a twin and was small but adequate. There is no lift access so if you're on the first floor its not great when you leave and have to drag your cases down two flights of stairs. The reception staff were very attentive and helpful. The biggest let down was the breakfast which was poor. The toaster didn't work. There was no hot food on offer just the basic bread, cakes and cheese. This hotel's best feature is its close proximity the airport and National Park so makes an ideal base whilst visiting the falls.

Hello, good afternoon, thank you very much for the comments, very interesting and with some hesitation that now I try to explain.
We have 5 umbrellas on the patio by the pool and all are working well, maybe they were cleaning process with regard to breakfast, there are 2 toasters and more parts to cover emergencies, it is a pity that I did not put it in the time, and you are right, we have hot meals at our breakfast, we only offer scrambled eggs and cooked at the time, so they are always very rich and tasty.
In addition, strawberry and vanilla yogurt, chocolate milk, cereal, fruit salad, fresh fruit, ham, cheese, and 27 products more too numerous to do the detail.
I always think that everything can be solved with good will and we have, a lot of that, but it must be there at the right time.
Well, thanks again for your words, help us to improve every day, I hope GOD continue to accompany life with good health, that is the most important of all, the rest we can get if we just first.
Roberto.-
